There's nothing that makes us more proud than seeing Acero's products on the court and in other real-world environments. Therefore, from time to time we ask for permission to share this content (images/films). The content (hereinafter referred to as "images") can be published on our website, in social media and in email communication with reference to the author's Instagram account.
By responding to our request with the hashtag #VamosAcero, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
You grant Acero Padel AB (559312-7664) a non-exclusive, royalty-free and global license to use all images that you responded #VamosAcero for marketing purposes and all communication channels. You hereby certify that:
- You own all rights to your images
- You have permission from any persons appearing in your images to transfer the rights therein, including the guardians of such persons.
- Acero Padel AB will not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law.
You hereby release Acero Padel AB from all obligations to pay you for the use of your images and for the intellectual property rights to them in connection with the above described uses. You hereby release and agree to hold Acero Padel AB and all persons acting on behalf of Acero Padel AB harmless from any and all claims, demands and liabilities of any nature whatsoever, in connection with the use of the images as described above.
If you want to withdraw your consent to share your images with us, you need to contact us and let us know. You can do this by clicking on the published image on our website and then clicking on the i-icon in the lower left corner of the image. The icon will lead you to a form where you fill in that you no longer want to share the image with us.
